The Mill Pond project was a build out and wine racking installation job. All cabinets, doors, and wine racks were designed and built in our shop. The doors are full view glass cherry with a nutmeg stain. Two glass cabinets flank the door into the wine cellar from the tasting room.

The wine cellar racking is cherry with a nutmeg stain and the racking capacity is approximately 1,680 bottles. The racking consists of individual bottles, magnum, wood cases, and large format display storage. Some unique features are the copper top humidor at the end of the peninsula and the low voltage lit display row around the perimeter of the room. This room is conditioned by a Wine Guardian Ductless Split unit. The evaporator is inside the cellar, behind the peninsula. The condenser is located remotely in the client’s basement.
